The services provided by us cover the following areas:
- Creation: Our staff create topics that are relevant and related to your web site that is to be promoted. We ensure that the article contains appropriate titles and descriptions that include all your targeted keywords. Reference links to the main web site are included within the article resulting in an increase in in-bound links which leads to an increase in page ranking. Each article is between 350 and 450 words, which reflects the ideal word count for search engines.
- Submission: In order to promote your cms, we submit the article manually to 15 similar themed article submission sites after your article page has been indexed by the major search engines.
- Updating: Our team updates your cms at irregular intervals to ensure that your cms always reflect fresh content thereby enabling them to be crawled more often by search engines.
How our system works:
- Each client receives their own username and password upon registration which enables them to log securely into their control panel.
- iWorks evaluates both cms and determines the best keywords that you should be using. We can also work with the keywords that you have already set up on your site. In addition we identify at least 15 article submission sites which suit your article theme.
- iWorks creates 9 article titles per month in advance and defines the keywords which we recommend be used for each article. As the client you have the option of amending the article titles (to whatever you want) and the keywords based on your own requirements. Once these are agreed, the titles are passed to our Article Writers. In addition each article will have a date associated against it, this will be the date when the article gets published on your site.
- Based in Ireland, all of our Article Writers are English native speakers. In addition all our writers are fully qualified Secondary School English Teachers. Our writers, research the title and compose using their own words a 350 - 450 page article using the suggested keywords frequently in the content. All content is checked by the writer for grammar and spelling errors.
- After our writer uploads the content onto our system, a second writer checks the article again for grammar and spelling errors.
- Once this is approved an e-Mail is sent to you, the client, to check if you are satisfied with the article. Although this is not necessary on your part, we do like to keep our clients informed on how things are progressing. If you are not happy with part or parts of the article it is sent back to the Article Writer with your suggestions. You have also the option of amending the text yourself.
- Once approved the Article is formatted and put into standby. It is baked into your cms and published on the agreed Article date.
- After about a week, the Article in its entirety is posted to at least 15 Article Submission Sites.
Our Terms:
- This service is on a per month basis. Cost is €269 ex vat per month, payable in advance. A 10% discount is available for clients who pay quarterly in advance. About 95% of our clients pay in this fashion.
- Additional articles can be provided. Please contact us for more details.
- All payments for services are made through PayPal. Major Credit Cards are accepted through this secure payment gateway.
- Payment can be made from your online control panel. You will need to register initially to gain access.
- No work is started until full payment has been met. Unfortunately there are no exceptions to this rule.
- Minimum length of contract is for one month. Both parties are within their rights to cancel the contract at any time with no notice required.
- Although we strive to have articles ready to be published on the agreed date, there have been times when this was not achievable. This usually occurs when the client has requested a number of changes. This is a rare occurrence, but you should be aware that this does happen.
